Refund Policy

Because every song is custom-made for one person, we handle refunds case-by-case with care.

Before production

If you haven't yet approved the lyrics, you can request a full refund — no song has been produced.

After approval

Once you approve the lyrics and we produce the song, the work is complete and generally non-refundable. If something went wrong with your order, contact us — we'll make it right, including a re-do where appropriate.

Physical keepsakes

Damaged or lost-in-transit keepsakes are replaced free of charge.
